Raidfall finally gets a performance mode on Xbox

Remember Redfall? A blood-sucking shooter with soul-crushing problems? The game that released on Xbox in May without a 60fps performance mode? According to Friday's Eurogamer article, the game that hardly anyone is playing on Steam? Well, it got a big new update on Friday – which also includes the long-awaited Performance Mode.

Arkane Studios detailed all the new things in Raidfall's Game Update 2 in a blog post on their website. In addition to the performance mode, the update includes stealth removal, more enemies in the open world, some changes to controller settings, improved screen narration, and more. That seems like a pretty big patch.

However, will this be enough for a Cyberpunk 2077-style makeover? I'm dubious about this - I liked Cyberpunk 2077 at launch, which I actually completed, at launch I liked Raidfall, which I stopped playing after a few hours. However, fingers crossed. And Arkane has already promised that two DLC characters are in the works, so there should be more news about Raidfall at some point in the future.
